If you have subscribed to items in the Steam workshop, and they do not download at all, this is a Steam client issue. Please contact Steam Support.
If the items download, but do not show up as a map or mutator, there is a chance the mod author did not set it up properly and/or may have additional installation instructions on their mod page. Please report the issue to the mod author and read any documentation they have provided.
