If you would like to request a refund for one of one of our titles
purchased through Steam you can find the request form and policies here:

If you purchased the game via a third party website that was not one of the above you will need to contact them for their refund policy and we can provide no direct support on those key purchases. We do not recommend buying keys outside of the official channels for this reason.
